GRAPHIC DESIGN: Basic computer

TASK 1: TRACING

My task 1,I used Software Adobe Illustrator CS4 for my

first project.I do the work by using these techniques that have been taught to show me, for instance I,used symbol logo and I take back the logo according to size, shape, thickness and color.

In doing the work I need patience, and sensitivity points

in doing my task,my problem when doing this is that I had to control my mouse with carefully.I also requires focus,at the same time the sacrifice of time to recreation with friends.Conclusion that can be I do, is I can implement my job well.

TASK 2 : GRADIENT

I used software ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR CS4 during i do this work.

This is the second task for me. This assignment is to create a gradient. Before I started this task, I took a picture of fruit on the internet / website. I click on the box of the first layer and lock it. After that I use the pen tools to drew a new one with follow the shape of image, called vector.

After that, i saved the picture with use the Export in the File, and change the format to JPEG. Lastly, i set the JPEG option with Image Quantity in 7 that in the Maximum gred. The colour model i choose the CMYK. Then i click the Ok button to done the save process.

TASK 3 : PHOTO RETOUCH

I used software ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS4 during i do this work.

This is the third task for me. This assignment is to create a PHOTO RETOUCH. Before I started this task, I took a picture model who does not make up on the internet / website. After that, I click on FILE and create new page. Then i change the size of page toA3 size. When I finished to change the size, I click OPEN and insert picture that i found from the internet. Every picture I have to change the size to 300 because if not, the picture will appear broken. When i have done, i copy the image from the first layer to make the first layer copy. After that, i click IMAGE ---> ADJUSTMENT and CURVEbecause i want to get more brighness. i also used SPOT HEALING BRUSH TOOL to get rid of spots on face. then, i used HEALING BRUSH TOOL to get rid of black under eye.

My observation about this task is i can can copy or create my own logo anytime. I hope this software is useful in my future art work.
